1. Introduction

At Accoutre AI ("we," "our," or "us"), operated by QLUE Consulting, LLC, we respect your personal privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process, safeguard, and disclose your information when you use our web application, mobile containers, and personal styling consultation services.

2. Client Photograph & AI Data Processing Guarantee

We treat your uploaded outfit photographs with the highest standard of confidentiality:

  • Transient Processing Only (Zero Storage): Uploaded photographs are used exclusively in real-time volatile memory to evaluate garment drape, silhouette proportions, color harmony, and aesthetic alignment. We do NOT store, archive, or save your outfit photographs anywhere.
  • Immediate Discard: Once your styling analysis is generated and delivered to your screen, the image payload is immediately purged and completely discarded from processing memory.
  • Zero Public AI Model Training: We never sell, rent, or license your photographs. Your personal imagery is never used to train public foundational AI models.
  • Enterprise AI Encryption: Multimodal vision processing is transmitted via secure, TLS 1.3 encrypted enterprise API connections to Anthropic Claude models under commercial terms with zero data retention for training.

3. Information We Collect

We collect and process the following categories of data when you interact with our Service:

  • Client Imagery (Collected Solely for Real-Time Processing — NEVER Stored Anywhere): When you upload or capture an outfit photograph, the image is collected strictly to perform the real-time AI styling evaluation. Accoutre AI does not store, archive, or retain your photographs on any server, persistent disk, or database. The imagery exists exclusively in temporary volatile memory during the active consultation call and is permanently discarded immediately upon delivery of your report.
  • Account Credentials: Email address and authentication tokens managed securely through Supabase Auth if you create an account or sign in.
  • Payment & Subscription Information: When you purchase a Single Pass or Monthly Membership, your credit card number and billing details are collected directly by our payment processor, Stripe, and managed via RevenueCat. We do not store, process, or have access to raw credit card numbers on our infrastructure.
  • Device & Telemetry Data: Technical information including browser type, operating system (e.g. iOS, Android, macOS, Windows), IP address, and non-identifying telemetry necessary to deliver and debug the service.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We partner with select, industry-leading infrastructure providers to deliver the Service:

  • Stripe: Handles secure merchant payment card processing, fraud screening, and billing.
  • RevenueCat: Manages subscription lifecycle, pass entitlements, and multi-device receipt synchronization.
  • Anthropic (Claude Vision API): Provides secure, high-intelligence multimodal computer vision and editorial styling critique.
  • Supabase: Provides cloud database hosting with encrypted storage and Row Level Security (RLS).
  • Amazon Associates: Provides affiliate links and product catalog data for curated wardrobe recommendations. Clicking Amazon links may place a standard 24-hour affiliate tracking cookie on your browser.
  • Vercel: Hosts our web application and global Content Delivery Network (CDN).

5. Data Retention & Security

We implement rigorous technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or destruction. All communication between your browser and our servers is encrypted using modern SSL/TLS protocols.

Client Photographs: As stated above, outfit photographs are never stored or persisted on our servers, disks, or cloud storage under any circumstance.

Account Data: You may delete your text-based consultation history or request permanent deletion of your account and associated records at any time by contacting our privacy team.

6. Your Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on your jurisdiction (including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and California), you have specific statutory rights regarding your personal information, including:

  • The right to access and receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • The right to request rectification of inaccurate data.
  • The right to request deletion (erasure) of your personal data.
  • The right to withdraw consent for processing where applicable.
  • The right to opt-out of the sale of personal information (note: Accoutre AI does not sell user data).
