Terms of Service & Purchase Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the web or mobile applications of Accoutre AI (the "Service"), operated by QLUE Consulting, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), or by purchasing any digital consultation passes or memberships, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any portion of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.

2. Description of the Service

Accoutre AI is an artificial intelligence-driven personal wardrobe consultation and haute couture styling platform. The Service analyzes user-submitted photograph imagery to generate personalized silhouette assessments, editorial styling commentary, visual ensemble representations, and curated apparel recommendations tailored to client body frame and aesthetic objectives.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Accoutre Privé Monthly Membership at any time. To cancel, navigate to your Account Profile within the application or click the manage subscription link provided in your Stripe email receipt.

Upon cancellation, your subscription will not renew at the next billing cycle. You will retain complete, uninterrupted access to all Privé features and your remaining consultation quota through the conclusion of your current paid billing period. There are zero cancellation penalties or hidden termination fees.

5. Refund & Chargeback Policy

Because Accoutre AI provides immediate access to digital computation, multimodal vision processing, and personalized editorial deliverables that are generated instantly upon request:

• Single Consultation Passes are considered fully rendered once the AI consultation report is generated and are generally non-refundable.
• Monthly Membership fees are non-refundable for partial monthly periods once the billing cycle has commenced.
• Technical Failure Exception: If a verifiable technical outage or system defect prevents delivery of your consultation report, our support team will promptly issue a replacement consultation credit or refund upon written notice to brian@qlueconsulting.com.

6. Amazon Associates & Merchant Affiliate Disclosure

Accoutre AI is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com.

When you click on recommended garment or accessory links, we may receive a commission on qualifying purchases at no additional cost to you. Accoutre AI does not stock, sell, fulfill, or ship physical apparel. All garment transactions, pricing, availability, shipping, warranties, and return policies are managed solely by Amazon.com or the respective third-party merchant.

7. AI Styling & Sizing Advisory Disclaimer

Styling commentary, silhouette grading, and garment curations are generated through artificial intelligence models for editorial, creative, and advisory guidance only.

Fit, drape, fabric elasticity, and sizing specifications may vary across apparel manufacturers. Users are advised to review merchant size guides, customer feedback, and garment return policies prior to completing independent apparel purchases.
